You're candidates will find that our assessments are short and to the point. Where most suppliers have a personality assessment that takes 20 minutes alone to complete, all four of our assessments can be completed within the same amount of time. With each assessment focussing on assessing a different area of a candidates job fit or company fit, you'll be safe in the knowledge that you are objectively and thoroughly assessing each candidate for suitability.

The Personality Questionnaire is based on the well-accepted "Big Five" concept of core personality traits:

  • Work Style - Conscientious vs. Carefree
  • Demeanour - Likeable vs. Tough-Minded
  • Rule-Abiding - Unconvetional vs. Rules Orientated
  • Interpersonal - Extroverted vs. Introverted
  • Resilience - Calm vs. Sensitive
  • Plus a Teamwork scale and a Good Impression scale.

The applicant's personality profile is then compared against one of our job-fit benchmarks, resulting in a job fit score.

The Cognitive Ability Test measures problem-solving and learning speed by assessing verbal, numerical and spatial reasoning - combining these to create one overall cognitive ability score.

It assesses how quickly an applicant will:

  • adapt to new changes
  • grasp new concepts
  • see new opportunities

High scorers will learn new skills quickly and have the ability to solve more complex problems. Low scorers will take longer to acquire new skills, but once trained, may be more successful than others in handling routine tasks.

Yes, the 'Free Forever' account is really free! Your account is also set up free-of-charge as well. You will be entitled to 5 free units every month. Topping up your free allowance is easy - just call us to request a top up. Additional terms and conditions do apply. No, the system is very easy to use and you will get complimentary orientation training with one of our customer success managers. We also provide supporting guides to help you get the most out of the the reports and we provide free user support. We also have a range of additional training modules should you and your team require a training programme to raise skill levels and awareness.
We set you up with an account after you have attended a discovery call. With the 'Free plan' account you can assess up to 5 candidates on our core range of assessments free of charge, every month, providing certain terms are met. If you want to assess more, you can upgrade and purchase additional assessment units, or upgrade to an unlimited use enterprise plan. You purchase assessment units from us in advance. You can do request this within your account. You can pay with a credit/debit card or we can send an invoice. There is a minimum purchase of 5 units, which will be £500.
With the 'Free plan' it doesn't cost a thing, except you are limited to 5 units per month. For clarity, 1 unit = 1 applicant and includes all four assessments and access to all of our library of reports.
Nothing, all of our reports are included with the Professional and Enterprise Plans. With the 'Free plan', you will get limited access to just 5 different job fit reports but it will cost you nothing more to generate a report, even multiple times.
