We\u2019ve all been there, and it can be very useful to get some feedbackAlthough some candidates may not be a fit for the specific role, if you supply feedback the candidate may be able to work on their weaknesses and something good can still come from their rejection. <\/li><li><strong> Candidates may be(come)<\/strong> <strong>clients<\/strong><br> If your candidate has had a negative experience due to lack of feedback and communication, they are unlikely to want to work with your company.<\/li><li><strong>A chance to get some great exposure through word of mouth.<\/strong>If you have a good experience in a restaurant you tell 2 people. If you have a bad experience you tell 10 people. The same goes for interviews.
