Often this requires a &#8220;change of mind&#8221; to overcome the mental challenges we face &#8211; so be open to getting some help from experienced, qualified people in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the meantime, here are 12 suggested positive habits to live by: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Get up early <br>2. Plan ahead <br>3. Make your health a priority <br>4. Stay focused <br>5. Read some good books <br>6. Avoid time wasters and egotists <br>7. Watch less TV and media <br>8. Do work that matters to you  <br>9. Remember what you are grateful for  <br>10. Take action, even when it\u2019s scary <br>11. Write down your meaningful goals  <br>12. Foster meaningful relationships  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What you do everyday with sincerity, matters far more than what you do once in a while. Follow your heart and embrace change because this is a test for all of us.
