Similarly, during interviews, the incorporation of a score-card,\nupon which candidates are rated on a variety of relevant areas, will provide\nvaluable information for comparison. This removed bias and the \u2018gut\u2019 feeling\nfrom recruitment. After employment, employees at all stages of their career\nwithin the company can provide useful information about what traits and\nbehaviours to look for, or to avoid, in future candidates through psychometric\ntesting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Collecting data throughout recruitment in order to improve\nthe recruitment process is an extremely valuable tool, provided that it is put\nto good use.
