Or, more specifically,\nthe impact a new hire has on the future success of a company. Obviously, a key\naim of the recruitment process is to hire a candidate who will benefit the\ncompany. This benefit is referred to as the quality of hire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Does This Mean for My Company?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You might have heard the term quality of hire more and more\nover the past few years. It is no longer just a \u2018buzzword\u2019, but it is\nconsidered a non-negotiable part of the recruitment process. For many companies\nrecruitment is one of the main expenses and as such, recruitment must be as\nseamless as possible. It must also provide the company with the right hire at\nthe end. This is where quality of hire comes into the equation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to find a quality hire, the recruitment process must be conducive to this. No longer are resumes and interviews the best way to find potential employees. With 78% of resumes containing misleading information and 46% containing lies, companies have had to find another way to ensure quality of hire.
